Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

3 Ingredient ( ok I used 4) Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

 

These tasty yet healthy cookies / breakfast treats are so easy to make – made with oats, ripe bananas and chocolate chips.. and you can also use additional add ins as I have. Get creative !

2 Ripe Bananas

1 1/2 cups Oatmeal

1/3 cup Chocolate Chips

( I added handful chopped Craisons)

Preheat oven 350 –

 1. Mash up your 2 bananas in bowl 

 

   

     

 

        

 

 

2. Slowly add in your oats

 

I chopped up some craisons – but you can add anything from dried fruit, nuts, cinnamon, vanilla or anything else you would like.. doctor up away

but remember if you want to keep to the 51 calories per cookie then the original 3 ingredients is your best option…

3.Add in chips and any additional add ins

4. Roll cookies with hands and line on tray with parchment paper.

     

5. Bake in preheated oven  for 12-15 mins

           

Cool on rack..then ENJOY !!

 

 Things don’t have to be hard to be GOOD !!
