Keeping a gratitude Journal is a great
way to reinforce the things that make
us happy and grateful.
It’s also a wonderful
reference to go back to on days that
are harder. A reminder….
One of the keys to being positive is fully being in the moment. Where we are when we are feeling joy or happiness. Letting that feeling take over and fill us up with gratitude.
If you are elsewhere in your mind with worry or stress, then you are truly missing out in the activity or event that could actually be helping you.
We are all busy and stressed during the day but if we take those little moments and really be mindful, truly feel that feeling of joy – we can relax.
Gratitude overrides so many negative feelings. It’s a wonderful habit for us to get used to.
Chase those silver linings in life.
It is through gratitude for the present moment that the spiritual dimension of life opens up.
