Garlic Dill
Having a summer garden brings us so much joy. We work together as a family taking care of it. It can be so therapeutic poking in the garden, weeding, watering, digging, planting and then picking your rewards. If you don’t have the space or yard for a bigger garden, try planters on your porch or a simple flower pot or two on your kitchen windowsill with some herbs for cooking like basil, oregano or parsley. Picking a handful of fresh basil or lavender and just smelling it can be an amazing aroma therapy moment! Or whatever your favorite scent may be.
The picking
Going out to pick something from your own garden is a wonderful and rewarding feeling after all the weeks you put into it.
The set up
With just a few ingredients and a large 4quart glass jar you can can make your own pickles in no time.
